My forever
Living forever,
like a sun that never sets
and the moon
that never betrays
the splendour of the night
I remain splendiforous
by your name
and my eyes are sure
it has seen glory,
nose, certain it has
smelt an unwilting rose
and tongue, truthful
to the honey
from the sweet hive of passion
living forever,
as our hearts wed infinity,
we ourselves become eternity,
wearing the white cassock
of mighty faithfulness,
to hold our hearts
like the unblinking torches
they are
Living forever,
unwilting in trust
with a pulse that
echoes in the orchestra
of my mind,
you are the queen
that sits on the throne
of my heart
with eyes so true,
shimmering beads of loyalty,
my confidence rests
in your bosom
I shall fly as amicability,
on the wings of love
and be as omnipotent
as passion
My heart blesses you
with omniscience
and yours anoints
me with an orient
of gallantry
May our souls be twined
in the happiness of fortune
and the sweetness of dreams
and the laughter of life
because as the sun
of admiration shines,
never to set,
we live forever
as hearts kissed by permanence.
