INSTANT KARMA
KARMA is a Sanskrit word; which can be termed as “Act” in English. In this context, Karma is the act of all our deeds. In specific, Karma can be defined as the count of all our deeds on this earth; might be good or bad.
Here is a very famous and easy to understand proverb which is very opt for this situation to explain:
DO GOOD
BE GOOD
SEE GOOD
This is the way to reach GOD.
Explanation: Reaching GOD can be called as not having re-birth. The only way to reach GOD is by following the three GOOD steps, which are stated above.
On seeing the above statement, we get an idea of what Karma is. The good deeds are being done to avoid re-birth? This explains that Karma plays a very vital role in deciding the re-birth. If we do bad deeds, this means that we are not eligible to reach GOD. Indirectly, it means that we would be again sent back to earth for re-birth.This has been very clearly explained in Bhagavadgeetha, by Lord Krishna to Arjuna. The holy epic of bhagavadgeetha totally deals with Karma, and re-birth.
WHEN DOES RE-BIRTH OCCUR?
According to philosophy, it is stated that re-birth occurs depending on the Karma. Here are the factors that are stated to be the reason for the re-birth.
1. Bad deeds.
2. Having desires.
3. Not doing good deeds.
4. Having jealous towards others.
HOW RE-BIRTH OCCUR?
Re-birth always occurs depending on the Karma does. The birth place, the surroundings, the financial status, the values of parents, physical health is the aspects that are decided in the re-birth. Here are some aspects that would be affected or can be cause for re-birth.
1. Financial status.
2. Surrounding physical status; as financial support, society around the person.
3. Mental status of the person; such as great will power, mentally retarded, perverted mind.
4. Having unsatisfied desires with persons or some unfulfilled tasks.
5. Physical aspects; as not having full healthy body, blind, handicapped.
EFFECT OF BAD KARMA
The effect of Bad Karma can be stated as the result of the bad deeds done by the particular person. It is always believed that this Bad Karma always results in the physical and mental torture for the person. This phenomenon can be very clearly explained by the famous theory “Newton’s Theory – III Law”
“For Every Action, There is an equal and opposite Reaction."
Similarly, for every bad deed done by the person on earth; would definitely have a re-birth to get back the result of his bad deed. Or else can be purified in the hell for the less bad deeds. This is what Karma philosophy tells.
But in the recent times, I have observed that KARMA is not a very long complicated process in this Kali-yuga. You get back the result of the Karma instantly in the present birth itself.
INSTANT KARMA
Karma of our bad deeds would be accumulated and would be compensated in the next birth. I think this would not make the person feel bad of his deeds or mistakes made. This compensation of the Karma in next birth does not help the person in purifying himself. Here comes the concept of INSTANT KARMA. Karma would always be getting back in the same birth according to “Instant Karma”. The effect of bad deeds would be compensated in this present birth itself. The bad deeds would be compensated with some problems that would make the person realize the mistakes he made in his present birth and would finally help the person to purify himself. This is the main intention behind the instant KARMA. Let me illustrate this with some live examples that I have faced in the recent times.
EXAMPLE : This is the incident happened to one of our family friends. There lived a family consisting of parents, with 3 daughters and one son. To be specific, the wife of that man is his second wife, wherein she bearded 3 daughters. The son belonged to his first wife. And she is his step-mother; he always faced problems, and was never with his mother. He studied in hostel and later got married. He did not have any financial support also from his parents. He managed to live his own life.
Time passed by. The lady had her mother alive. She was residing in her daughter’s house in her last days. At this time, one of her daughter; who had an affair, married without informing her parents. He was very well-off person having very good financial status in the society. So the parents accepted the marriage. As the parents accepted her husband, it ended happily.
At the time of welcoming their new son-in-law, felt that the old lady in the house does not look good. So they moved her into servant’s house. The old lady felt very bad and then she died only because of the fact that she was ill treated. But the family did not care about her.
After 10 years, their son-in-law died suddenly due to cardiac arrest. All the financial freedom left at once along with their son-in-law. Now they were left with no money. They were just having own house to reside in. Nothing more than that. As they had never showed a sign of love and concern on their son, they cannot go and stay with their own son. Cannot ask him for help too. They are just staying in the house, having food for some days only. See the condition of this family. How come they changed from the full financial stage to nothing!!!
- At one point of time, they thought that the old lady is not looking good at their house and were the cause of her death. Now, they are not having any help to be obtained.
- They had never showed concern on their son. Now, not able to ask him helps and was feeling bad about their deeds.
This is the effect of INSTANT KARMA. Hope I am totally clear on the facts that I want to explain. This is one angle of philosophy. This is just to state that human values are always to be respected.
