Scripting Language are simpler and concise version of programming language. A scripting language has most of the attributes of programming language. As it is in abstract form, one needs less time to master it. Scripting language is also termed as mini programming language,because of its shorts and simplifies version. Scripting Language are efficient to add spice to web page by making the web page more interactive and user friendly. Using these languages, you can provide information in the ways in which a particular user wants i.efor example you can change date, day time when web page is opened, you can record feedback from users. All these things were earlier done with the help of CGI, which was at server level. So Scripting language like Javascript and VB Script are advantageous as they run on client-end, thus reducing load on the network.
