Mercury

Mercury is a Terrestrial planet because it has solid surface, and their surface is composed of silicate rocks. Besides mercury, there are three more terrestrial planets such as Venus, Earth, Mars. Mercury is an inner planet. Ceres is also a Terrestrial planet that is located in the asteroid belt. This is a very first planet among all the nine planets of our solar system. Mercury is the closest planets to the sun. It takes about 88 days to complete one revolution around the Sun. Mercury is Better known as the smallest planet of the Solar system after Pluto, which is a dwarf planet. The diameter of mercury is about 4879.4 km in length.

mercury

Planet mercury is very close to the sun that why it is impossible for Scientist to send some spacecraft on the surface of Mercury. Until now, only two spacecrafts landed on mercury to collect data. In the year 1970, a spacecraft name mariner landed on the surface of this planet whereas in the year 2008, another space craft MESSENGER launch on the surface of mercury. It is made up of a metallic core with a surrounding silicate mantle. On the surface of mercury, we find a different type of canyons, craters, mountains and even volcanoes. Mercury does not have an active Hydrosphere. However in spite of them some are active. Like earth Mercury has no moon. It is the 2nd most densest planet in the Solar system after Earth. Mercury is one of the classical planets along with another planet such as Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn. This thing indicated that people from an ancient period know the existence of Mercury. The atmosphere of a terrestrial planet Mercury is unique. It has a tenuous exosphere. It consists of various elements. These various elements such as helium, hydrogen, oxygen, sodium, calcium, potassium and water vapor.

At the end of the planet there is a comet like tail that is created by Atmospheric gas. Sodium is very first element of this Tail. Some of the other elements in this tail include traces of calcium and magnesium. It is a matter of surprise that mercury is the very near to the sun but mercury is not considered as the hottest planet. The most accurate reason for that this planet has a thin atmosphere that cannot trap heat. If you measure an atmospheric pressure it seem to be 0.00000000003 pounds/square inch. The constituent of the mercury atmosphere consists of elements such as hydrogen, oxygen, helium and sodium.

Venus.

Venus is also known as a Terrestrial planet. It has a solid surface that is composed silicate metals. Venus is also an innermost planet. It has a lesser magnetic field because due to the absence of Saturn’s Ring. It may have few moons.

This is the brightest planet in the Solar system that might be visible during the night period. Some people might see this planet during day period. As compare with earth it takes fewer amounts of time to complete its one revolution around the sun. The most interesting thing about Venus is that its surface is covered with a thick layer of sulfuric acid as well as acid clouds. These planets consist of a large number of Volcanoes sites due to this these clouds are formed. Venus is the second most visible object in the shy during the night period after the Moon. That's why people from an ancient period also know about this planet. Venus is very similar to earth.

Venus

The size and mass of this planet are very similar to our planet earth. That's why it is also called the sister planet of Earth or twin planet of Our Planet Earth. The only difference between these two planets is that Earth has a natural moon or satellite whereas Planet Venus does not have Such type of natural satellite or Moon.

It is the second most planet nearest to the Sun. Just like the Earth Venus also surrounded by Atmosphere but when we compare a thickness it is better than Our planet Earth. During 1761, its atmosphere is discovered by a Russian Mikhail Lomonosov. The atmosphere of this Planet is filled with cloud that is made up of an Element sulfuric acid. On the surface of this planet, acid rain is very common. The Diameter of this planet is around 650 kms in length that is slightly less than our planet Earth. The mass of vines is 21 % less than the mass of Earth. Venus takes about 224.65 days to complete its one orbit.

Earth.

Our planet is surrounded by a blanket of powdery materials who is known as regolith. This powdery materials blanket is composed of a fine Debris. The constituent of this fine debris such as soil, shattered rock, dust, and other small objects.

The needle’s most point of the earth is also considered as the prime meridian. This Meridian is also called as the Greenwich Meridian. It is divided into two parts such as an eastern and western hemisphere. The cold plasma that surrounds our earth is also known as the Plasmasphere. This Plasmasphere is located very outside the uppermost layer of the ionosphere that is also part of our atmosphere. This donut shaped volt energy is formed because of the ultraviolet light emitted by the sun. To watching sun, Moon, Stars and other type of celestial planet is seen difficult but with the help of a parallax concepts these things look easy. But these can be seen only from our earth.

earth

To know various regions on the earth you have a two parameters that is Latitude and longitude. These parameters help people a lot to find a different place on the map. The Gravitational force is affected by Tidal force on earth. These tidal forces are also known as tides. Volatiles is a chemical element that has a certain boiling point. These volatiles are found in the atmosphere of both Moons as well as our Planet Earth. The earth is also known as the blue planet. It is the fourth most planets away from the sun. It is only planet in this solar system that posses life.

Earth is the biggest and the largest terrestrial planet among all other terrestrial planets on the solar System. Earth is the only planet that has a natural Moon. No other planet has such a type of natural moon. This moon is the 5th largest natural satellite in the solar system.

The atmosphere of the earth is unique as it composed of gases such as nitrogen (78.09%), oxygen (20.95%), argon (0.93% ) and carbon dioxide (.038%), Water vapor and other gases.

Our earth is made up of different type of element such as iron (32%), oxygen (30%), silicon (15%), magnesium (14%), sulfur (3%), nickel (2% ) as well as calcium, aluminum etc.

It’s only planet that supports all types of lives on the surface of the earth. It’s Temperature Suited Living being. The atmosphere of earth saves our life from a harmful Ultra violet ray.

Mars.

It is one of the terrestrial plants that has a solid surface and made up of a silicate metal. Like other terrestrial planets is also an Inner planet. There is one more dwarf planet that is located in the asteroid belt.

This planet is also known as a “Red planet”. It is the fourth most planets that are near to the Sun. Its name derives from the name of Roman ‘s war god. On the surface of mars Iron Oxide is present in large quantity it makes this planet in Reddish color. It is less denser when we compare it to Our planet earth. It has volcanoes, valleys as well as well, Desert too. The size of the mass is half the Mass of our earth. It has north and south pole same as earth with a White ice cap.

Mars

The atmosphere of Mars is much thinner when we compare it to the atmosphere of earth. It has an average pressure of around 600 pascals. However average atmospheric pressure depends on the land. The average height of the Mars’s atmosphere is around 11 kms.

Density – 3.933 grams/cubic centimeter.

Mass - 7.08 x 1020 tons or 6.42 x 1020 metric tons.

It is well known point that life on the moors is possible as it became possible on earth. The temperature of this Planet Mars is very Cold.

Jupiter.

Untill now there are four artificial moon has been discovered by all Galilei. This planet is not made up of rocks. This is a large celestial body that is made up of Gases. The size of this planet is so large that it can fit 10 earths into it. As it made up of gases. It has a larger atmosphere as compare to other planets. It is the largest planet in the solar system.

Jupite

It is 5th most planets in the solar system. The size of the planet is really giant. It can be found that if you take all other planets as one, then still it is 2.5 times bigger than those other planets. It is the third brightest object in the sky during the night period after Venus and earth’s moon. This planet is the largest planet among the planet which is made up of gases. Untill now there are 63 moons around the atmosphere of Jupiter planet. Planet atmosphere is made up of elements such as Molecular Hydrogen and Helium, small amounts of ammonia, methane, hydrogen sulfide and water. It include gases such as nitrogen sulfur, noble gas and oxygen.

Jupiter is the third most planets with a ring after Saturn, Uranus. The name of the Ring is Jovian Ring System. The ring was first seen in a year 1979. We can see Jupiter with the help of our naked eyes because of its larger size as compared to others. That is the reason people from ancient age come to know about Planet Jupiter. The mass of the Jupiter is very same as 1321 earths. It means the mass of 1321 earth is equal to the mass of Jupiter.

Mass – Two and half times the mass of earth.

Density – 1\4 of the density of earth.

When we measure a distance of the planet Jupiter to earth then we find it is 778,000,000 kilometers away from the sun. It takes about 11.28 years to complete its one revolution in its orbit around the Sun.

Saturn.

Saturn is also made up of gases. It is not made up of rocks or metals. They might have some Solid Core. The size of the Saturn is too big that 10 earths fit in the Saturn. Its means the size of 10 earth is equal to the size of Saturn. It is the second largest planet in the Solar system. The Diameter of Saturn is around 75000 kms. The distance of Saturn to sun is around 885 kms. It takes about 28.5 years to complete its one revolution along in orbit around the sun. Saturn is fourth gases planet among the Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune. This Planet comprises of a huge atmosphere.

Saturn

The surface of Saturn is some how solid but not like earth or other inner Planets. The pressure is very high as it breaks down even a Solid ice. Saturn is also known as the father of Zenus.

The number of moons around the atmosphere of Saturn is 62,which is really High. They are different in Size as well as in shape. Every moon contains different Size and shape. Titan is the largest moon on the Saturn that is bigger than the planet mercury.

Saturn has a ring that is too complex when we compare it to other Planets with rings. These rings are made up of water ice and some chemicals and dust. In 1610, the first man from earth observes Saturn ring. He is none other than Galileo Galilei.

The outer atmosphere of the Planet Saturn Is made up of Molecular hydrogen (96.3 %) and Helium (3.25 %). Beside this some more elements that made up its outer atmosphere such as acetylene, ammonia, phosphine, methane, and ethane. The upper part of the planet Saturn consists of Cloud that is made up of ammonia crystal whereas the lower part of the planet Saturn is made up of a H2o or ammonia hydrosulfite.

The average distance of the planet Saturn from the sun is around 1,400,000,000 km. The speed by which Saturn moves around the sun about its orbit is 9.69 km/s. The earth takes 365 days to complete its one revolution around the Sun whereas Saturn takes 10759 Earth years to complete its one revolution around the Sun.

Uranus.

Uranus is surrounded by a blanket of powdery materials who is known as regolith. This powdery materials blanket is composed of a very fine Debris.

Uranus

The constituent of this fine debris such as soil, shattered rock, dust, and other small objects. It is a Soviet physicist Viktor Ambartsumian who gives the existence of am a protester.

This planet is also not made up of a Rocks. This planet is made up of gases. They may or may not have a Solid core.

Naptune.

This is the other planet that is not made up of rocks or any kind of metal. Neptune is made up of gases. This planet has a lot of features that do not have another planet. The distance of Neptune and earth is so big that it seems like a little star. It is the 7th planet in the Solar system but at a time come when this seems to be 8th planet when Pluto passes Neptune for making a one revolution around the sun as it takes long time to complete its one revolution around the sun.

This is among the planet that can be seen with the help of a naked eye. This Planet has not been discovered during the ancient period.

Neptune-430

When Galileo sees this Planets he thinks that this must be a little star at first sight. Until now there are 13 artificial moon has been discovered around the atmosphere of Planet Neptune. Triton is the largest moon that was discovered a 17 day after the discovery of the planet Neptune.

The Rings of the Neptune look faint and Dense. Neptune atmosphere is made up of two Layers Such as the troposphere and the stratosphere.

The average distance from the Sun Is around 4.55 billion km. Neptune completes its one revolution around the sun along its orbit is around 164.79 Years.

Mass – 10243×1026 kg.

Density - 1.639 g/cm.

Pluto.

It is known as the second largest dwarf planet in the solar system. From a recent study, we find that Pluto is a part of a Kuiper belt. This is found in the outermost layer of our solar system, and this contains mainly asteroids. These asteroids may be big or small. All types of asteroid find there.

From the latest study, Pluto cannot be considered as a Planet. Before this it believes that it is a Planet. The atmosphere of a planet Pluto is discovered in the year 1985 from the Kuiper Airborne Observatory. Pluto is located in the colder and darker region just outside the solar System. If we try to bring Pluto into our inner solar system than it turn in a Comet. That is very dangerous for our Earth.

pluto

To know the Temperature on Pluto NASA Sent a Space Craft and this Space craft return to Earth at the End of Year 2015.Pluto take 248 Years To complete its one Revolution around the Sun along its orbit. In the case of a Planet Pluto, the orbit is Mostly eccentric.

Gravity – The Gravity of Pluto is almost 8 % when we compare the Gravity of Earth.

Mass – The Mass is .024. percent than that of earth (1.31×10_22 kg).

Density - It density varies from 1.8 to 2.1 grams per centimeter cubed.

Diameter - 2,390 km.

This all about of our Nine Planet in the Solar system. It might be our researcher might be able to find some more fact about Solar system and nine Plants.
