It is well known fact that every mighty rule comes to an end.So is the case with the Italian football.Today it has lost its prestigious value which it had once upon a time. After the scandal of match fixing hit the league, this league has lost its glory. With the players moving to the other leagues and clubs who are the current strongest team that are favourite to challenge inter milan for this season's title?

As we all know kaka has been transferred to madrid while ibrahimovich  has been transferred to barcelona,so now the question arises which team has better chances to win the title.Present situation says that  inter, milan, roma and juventus are the only clubs which are main contenders for the serie a title. So who will knick this time around.

If you go by current transfer market activity ,then inter are favourite to land serie a title once again just because the team balance is better than other teams. Also other teams are suffering from losses they incurred due to selling of their assets(players)  to other clubs.Age factor is another important .Roma has struggled last season and i guess will continue to struggle this season if aquilani quits and leaves for liverpool.Juventus is the team which has got the problem of age factor as most of their players are in 30's and modern sport requires fresh and young blood. And main reason for the title going back to inter is their coach the special one..'Jose mourinho'.

Mourinho is constantly known for his discipline on and off the field. He has lots of admirers all over the world who look at him with respect. Also in return of ibra they had got eto who is one of the most feared and deadliest striker. How can one forget the champs league final opener by him which just turned the game around in favour of barca. While milan  has appoited new coach leonardo after the departure of carlo ancelotti to chelsea so it will be a huge task for brazilian to win the title with the limited squad he has got.

My final prediction will be inter-milan  winning the scudetto while milan will be runner up
