Hello Friends,

Central goverment has decided to withdraw the status of deemed for 44 universities all over india.You can find the list of universites in the below link.

Why centre has took this decision after a long time? How much it will affect the students? Please share your views.

    Its a good move for better education, these university's charges lot of donations and due to the the others are following, now a day even a nursery child parents has to pay donations to get admissions

    It will not affect the students because they are going to get there certificate in the name of that college

    we have a corrupt Government and corrupt system.
    I am from Orissa and Siksha O Anusandhan university also de-listed from deemed from our state and that college VC has paid some lakh rupees to get it back so think what happening?

    The concerned universities were not qualified enough. The students enroled by such unversities are affected. They should be enrolled by recognized universities on priority and nobody should be harmed.

    I wished to rejister for my PhD in Noorul Islam Kanyakumari which is delisted now.When I gone through its fee structure I felt it too high to afford.Probably this huge fee and other exploitations added momentum to derecognition.
    Mean, Here sees more universities from your state, Tamilnadu.

    Abid Fees are not matter for derecognition they do not have enough infrastructure for approval and they have made it a family member business all of there family members have taken the post of director, finance, advisor etc

    This University is situated at My place and it was previously known as ITER (Institute of technical education and research) Last year they got approval for Deemed ad this year they derecognized
