Hi All,

Recently we see lot of spamming activity on forums due to the increasing user base. Hence we decided to enforce few rules on spamming. The below actions are considered as spamming.

1. Posting excessive topics without proper content, just for making points.

2. Posting EXCESSIVE replies with words like "Thank you", "Good post" etc.

3. Promoting websites by posting links wherever they are not required

Any user who found to be with spamming activity will be

1. Banned for a month for first offense

2. Banned for life on subsequent offense.

Thank you for your co-operation,
Boddunan Team

The clear cut rules defining spam are welcome. The worst spams recently have been inserting links leading to products and adult content sites. Hope this will help keeping the site neat and clean.

Good! The site has been the target of spammers these days and they have been making assiduous attempts to flood it with highly objectionable contents. We have to remain vigilant and enforce these guidlines very ruthlessly!
Maverick thanks for defining the rules clearly! It is really necessary to understand the basic purpose of the forum where healthy discussion is warranted! Otherwise, this will too become a meaningless forum with only more and more thfreads being created for scoring points!
