    The suggestion is good. I think certificate should be given to all who have won even in the past. This implies that the certificate should be given retrospectively.

    Thanks for implementing my suggestion.But as Gulshan said if it has retrospective effect I will also get one certificate so that I can see the product of my suggestion!I had won 9 first prizes in GD and 2 second prizes.Don't it have any proof ? Why can't issue at least one certificate to all those previous winners?
