Would you consider yourself to be at peace within yourself and in your environment?  Would you consider yourself a happy person?

I guess I am there.. happy and content with life .. how about you?

Not all the time, there are times when you are not happy and at peace but at times you are happy and at peace with yourself...It is not a permanent feeling !

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

I'm Happy. But, it doesn't mean my  happiness is always free from some Ups and Downs. I'm afraid such blessed people who are there who are free from Ups and Downs

Being satisfied and happy with one's life is probably different from being entirely at peace. The day one needs nothing more in life the he probably loses charm of active life. Life is the name of continues efforts and struggles which takes some of the peace away from one's life.

Life has two sides to it like a coin, keeping your peace while it takes a tumble is what I call peace within or inner peace.  If we are at peace only when things go right we do not accept life as it is Accepting life as it comes and being at peace within is the true art of living in peace.

If life has two sides like a coin. It means, the sum total of these two sides  makes a coin. Hence I conclude any life is made of turbulence and tranquility.

If wants are few and can be fulfilled, if desires are normal, notwithstanding usual ups and downs mostof the time we are at peace within. It is the non acceptance of one's limitations  in achieving unreasonable goals that one loses one's internal peace.

And there begin all the problems, a person cannot live a life without having desires unless of course he has decided to live in a jungle leaving all his gadgets behind.

Very true. Wants are limitless. Even a mendicant who lives in the deep jungle will always wants to have more loin clothes. That is his  never ending want.
