We all know politicians are selfish. They look after themselves and their kith. Only then they think of interests of the country. But even this also is very rare. The entire clan of politicians in general are selfish in nature. It's greediness on our part to expect selfless services from this clan.

In Delhi AAP government propose to enhance their salary and allowances 4 times. They prove how greedy they are .

Very true Anil. Are these politicians show the same interest towards Aam Aadmi's welfare and raise their standard of living ? For name sake the party's name is Aam Aadmi party. Naam Bada Darshan Thoda. Double standards. It's the condition everywhere in this country.

You wait for some time, recommendation of seventh pay commission will be enforce in January 2016 for central government employees  but how states of government employees will get it, after long agitations.

Yet again another political drama of AAP. It's still on the paper. There are several of its own party MPs opposing the move

In our country secularism is the most mis used term by all political parties esp the so called secular parties who have mutilated the word so much so that people never give any importance to either them or their words. They also go around propagating a so called saffronisation which is again a misnomer that only they and their kind understands.

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

As @Anil said, Secularism does not mean ‘No Religion’. It refers to treating all religions alike. Everyone has the freedom to believe in his own religion, because every human is unique. And there is no wonder if there is 1 billion religions in India. But the thing is that nobody has the right to say that only their religion is right or only their beliefs are right, because there is no specific yardstick to decide right and wrong. But what is happening in our country is a political drama. This drama continues in our political arena for years. All political parties are equally responsible for the ugly situation of our country.

You are sir, we should not comments of other religion which hurt the followers. It is my opinion that if we can't respect others religion that we should not be insult others religions. A Hindu not lose any thing if say Id Mubark and muslim also not lose if say happy Depawali.

The mess they have made of the issue is honestly appalling ! One of the SP MPs wants the UN to intervene and the others have all jumped into the bandwagon and issuing statements left right and center.I feel that the election in Bihar too has  an impact because the politicians want to get some mileage out of this issue.

Yes this MP is Ajam Khan who wrote to secretary of UN that Muslim is not treated fairly in India. It is rubbish most deed of this person. It is treason. What is difference between Pakistan, who wants intervene of UN in Kashmir issue, and this person.

Secularism is a word can be seen Indian Constitution. Poor Babasaheb Ambedkar must be moving with  restlessness seeing the rampant violations of Secularism.

Our leaders are anything but Secular. In every sphere of life violations of Secularism are conspicuously visible.

Our politicians have no religion, their only religion is seat which they try to get by any way. They spread hate between religions to win the elections. Politicians has no intention to work for their state or country, their only motive is to get more money and power.

Our politicians and paid media go any extent to make money. In the recent incidents like in dadri, the actual reason was the fight between two families, but the media and fake secular politicians gave it a communal color and shouted for many days. But the people from both communities of that village live together and went to each other's family functions.

Agreed. The common binding factor between Politicians and Paid media is both are opportunists. Both of them wait for an opportune moment and capitalize to be in the limelight.
