I only hope that a film like Padmavati is shredded to bits and never shown the light of day and the 'creative freedom and freedom of expression' of all those involved in the film is flushed down a toilet.

Yes, Public given right response and its learning for filmmaker that does not play with public emotion otherwise they will be in loss. At least there should be respect for Indian history.

There is a lot on stake. So much money and so much of hardwork of so many people. But the emotions of people can not be overruled. Let the film makers make the required changes and release it. Moreover take it as a learning experience to avoid such controversies in future and refrain from taking their creative expression too far.

Padamavati will be released after the Gujarat elections. However the producers will have to accept some cuts or modifications to placate the protesting groups especially because many state governments have banned it.

Yes its correct it may happen after election but there is public issue if that resolve by cutting some part of movie then its easy for them .
