    Well yes. You need to be mentally strong too with being physically stable. You might ask how does this work? So once you get covid positive you go through a lot of changes in your body. You over think whether I'll be alive tomorrow or not. You get irritated for every thing. Mood swings, over thinking, anxiety, feeling low this are the normal symptoms. So let's talk about how can you control your mental health. first of all do yoga and exercise which make you feel better. Secondly connect with friends. Talking to people you can trust can help a lot. Keep regular contact with people close to you. Tell them how do you feel and share your thoughts. talk to people with whom you feel positive. Try not to hurt someone by letting your anger out on them. Be nice to people you met across. Make a daily routine and try to note down things you've done today and what your plan for next day. As possible keep yourself busy as much as possible.

    It is important to be Mentally Strong to beat any kind of Illness and not just COVID. There is a reason why we say Mind over Body. Mental health is of utmost importance in today's day and age.
