Why such banned drugs are still in use?. Who is to be blamed?
Our system of governance is to be banned, I guess, because in our country when rules and laws are passed, there is nothing done to ensure that these rules are enforced and adhered to. When diclofenac was banned, it was th duty of the regulatory body to see that it was taken off the stores and warehouses all over the country and diligently stopped the production, which was never done. How else could the farmers have access to a drug that was banned in 2006??
