This is true. Too much of hard labour or both physical and mental stress can manke a person become a heart patient.
In many cases, heart patient are men and few are women. Women do a lot of hard work at home. I am little confused.

Its very tough to believe that such thing can happen. My father is working from 15 years and i knew how much imbalance he is now. He works for 12 hours and he tells me his problem. I am frightened about reading this.

Jobs,in recent days, demand a lot of hard work and time from the employees and considering this study,in the article, most of the employees would come under the risk of heart attacks. However, I think by following a healthy life style and avoiding tension and stress we could avert this situation...!

Working too much and not giving proper rest to your mind and body will definitely increase chances of some or the other diseases or heart attacks.

men work more than women and is subject to more tensions of day to day life. hence they are more prone to this disease.
