Always all job may not be in our favour. We are bound to do that for earning, but mental satisfaction should be needed.

The dislike for a job stems from one's inability to create sufficient interest in it. In our country money happens to be the sole criterion in accepting a job and logically one loses interest in it very soon!

I could not agree more. Aptitude and interest and not money should be criteria. One can rise more in a job that interests him. My nephew studied in MERI Kolkatta and got degree in marine engineering. Obviously this was for money. He soon lost interest and after serving a few years in merchant navy, changed job.

It is okay to quit a job if you have found another one that you like.

Never accept one which you can't do justice to ! There are circumstances when one is compelled to accept but try to switch at the earliest!
i dislike it because my boss didnt paid me for 2 months and it was my first job of my life and he didnt have paid me till now.
Its his habit not to pay at time and then people quit and then he gave them salary of only one month and says that you are leaving on your will if you want complete salary then wait for 3 months after resignation. And no one is happy there. :(

Then put yourself in a position in future so that you could be his boss and teach a few things about what it means to be a boss!!
