    Why we see foreigners outside the beach having the sun bath? It looks like they never get sun bath in the city.


    That is becuse they don't get around-the-year sunlight as much as we do!

    Sun bath can burn our skin.But if we really want to take sun bath we must apply sun guard lotion.It will prevent the skin from the sun rays.

    Yes exposure to sun is beneficial as it contains Vitamin D and experts have found that the sun is good for you because it helps you produce more white blood cells, which enhances your immunity. Sun exposure also helps you produce more red blood cells, which means your blood becomes more oxygenated. :)
