Just with 10 minutes of yoga followed by a regular brisk walk for about 15 minutes keeps me trim and tidy. I'm 5.11 and my weight never crossed 68 KGS. my waist is 32inches for the past 12 years.
If we are very cautious about our diet we can loose our weight without spending time in gym.Must have proper regular exercise,eating of healthy food and staying clean can help to be fit.
