Can girls not kidnap and rape boys?

Now girls are also getting aggressive and boys are for the first time victims. A girl loved a boy so much that she kidnapped him and also thrashed him for not surrendering to her lust. Is this not sexual harassment of new kind?

There is one difference. The boy kidnapped and even forced to satisfy his kidnapper's desire does not face any social stigma as a girl would. The case of kidnap of boy by girl is rather more amusing than disgusting. Also according to law, boy cannot be raped. The girl can be booked for kidnapping, illegal confinement and causing hurt only and not for rape. :unsure: :unsure:

Yes, but it is us who have created those bars of outraged chastity, loss honour etc. in case of girls being molested or raped. For boys, that is not case and some might even enjoy being subjected to such treatment from girls, but some boys indeed are humiliated and injured physically as well as emotionally.

Any kind of subjugation and sexual dominance is unacceptable and I feel that the law should be fair while considering such offenses regardless of whether it is committed by a man or a woman...

Because of its rarity it looked astonishing. But can you deny it that its a crime. So like all crimes a girl kidnapping boy also should be breasted as a crime.

It is definitely a crime. But it is not a rape according to our law. The girl cannot be punished as per existing law. This is one loophole through which the girls though rare can escape. But I feel she should be punished also for sexual harrasment.

I agree. The cases of women using their dominant position to sexually or otherwise harass male are not so few but men hesitate more as this will prove their weakness. I remember that there is a folk tale of 'Roop Basant' princes. The step mother queen attempts sexual harassment. Also presently, there are many women in senior position in government and corporate sector. also wives of senior officers are powerful enough to harass the junior and young employees. But the case of men differs from women in one respect. Men do not face any social stigma as women do.

Thrashing was not permitted by law. This idea will not work out in the current situation.

But thrashing accounts to, 'Taking law in to one's hands.'. That's a crime. To curb a crime we cannot commit another crime.
