We need more women in police

The number of women cops is very small. Enhancing representation of women in police will not only remove gender inequality but also help check crimes against women.

    Thats true, we need more women in police force, however, in my own city I see many more lady police officers than men, at the traffic junction and in other capacities as well. We also have two police stations run entirely by women police officers...

    Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

    There are no doubt more women in police now but that are very less than men. There is need to increase women's participation. This will also enhance morale of women and reduce crimes against them.
