In my views, Oiling is best for our hair.

Coconut oil , olive oi and almond oil is good for our hair.

Be positive
Personally, I feel that my hair is better after I resumed using this. My hair was falling and also getting gray. But the process halted once I resumed using oil. But may be there are other experiences also. Just see the link below for the discussion on using hair oil.

True, all the oils you said are quite useful and at one time or other i used all. Now, i settled with coconut oil. I found it to be a more suitable oil to me. Of course, it depends from person to person.

I have also settled with coconut oil. I have heard many people getting good results with coconut oil. And as you said it differs from person to person, still a great number of people benefit from that oil.

Coconut oil has many benefits besides being easily available, relatively cheaper than other oils ..For South Indians and especially for those living on the coast this is a natural option since coconuts are available in plenty and most houses get their own oil..

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

IF WE USE HAIR OIL OUR HAIR WILL BE SMOOTH AND SILKY.

But there is also a risk of the hair holding dust that will stick to the oily hair. So, washing hair regularly is also vital.

The question is not of walking on a muddy road. I am talking of dust particles. They will invariably get stuck to the oil due to its sticky nature.
