Acid test is the 2014 elections. People are fed up with the current political scenario. Change is required. People have to decide who is who, but do the people have the time

True! To enable everyone to participate in the voting procedure, all government employees and some private ones too give a holiday on day of the elections. Private sector too allows half day to their employees so they can participate in it, but sadly majority of people treat this as a holiday and indulge in leisure activities and stay away from polls!

No sir to majority of people only upper middle class and upper class people don't like to vote. then don't like to stay in Q to vote. Lower class and middle class much aware.

If they withdraw holiday on polling day, everyone in jobs would want to vote. They find different way to spend the day leisurely.

There is only one way to do a good thing. But, there are many ways to do a bad thing.

Just because lower and middles classes vote it does not mean they are aware. The truth is these classes go to the polls and cast their votes is only because they get cash and various gift items from candidates!

So the upper classes are lethargic and indifferent and the lower are greedy. The voters are to decide the shape of national affairs. The active ones can be made more aware and conscious of proper exercise of vote. In fact, in many places, voters acted wisely. But the lethargic who only discuss everything on earth in drawing room but cannot move to polling booths are beyond repair.
