    Chinmoy has mentioned this in one of his post in the thread on supreme court refusing to reduce the juvenile age. This is really very disgusting. When responsible persons like CJM cannot act as sane person, what we can expect from juvenile. It is ironical to see that science professionals do not have scientific attitude and law professionals do not abide by law. This raises doubts on the education system. .

    Reading, what is going on in India one can safely reach to the conclusion that money is prime everything else takes a backstage. There is no importance of systems, everyone is looking after own vested interests.

    The relative was not a professional. So, that is another matter. In the case in this thread, the offender is a judge. He being a judge broke law. He is also backward in thoughts despite being educated. He killed his wife because he got no son and only two daughters. What is the use of such education, particularly law qualification?
