Funniest part is, basing on these funny Mathematics our rulers will define “Poverty line.”
Rs 12 food in Mumbai said by Raj babbar. I think he should speak after buying food in Rs 12. He should speak with proof.

He might have bought potato cake (Aloo Tikia), Aloo matar chat for such small amount. Also patties could be taken cheap. That is why I see a big crowd in Patties shop near my work place. But these items cannot be considered full fledged meal.

Now, don’t you think, our politicians are hoodwinking us in every step and every sphere of a common man’s life ? A common man is more wise and knowledgeable than our Politicians. Did Raj Babbar ever buy a Samosa with his own money? No. There is no necessity for him to buy a Samosa with his money. Because, the thelawala will send a basketful of Samosas to him everyday free of cost. How such people can know the real cost of a full meal in Mumbai?

I tend to remember Montek Singh Aluwalia's definition of poverty line a few years ago. He said a person who uses more than rs 32 per day in urban areas is not poor.
This statement is really very funny.
Nowadays, In Mumbai, We are getting Bhel and Vada Pav for Rs. 10/-

Be positive
If politician do not know rate of food then they do not have rights to keep his seat.

Don't forget we elected him.
He is like Sheila Dixit , another champion at making the most ridiculous statements ....they probably think that an average Indian has no brain because they have elected them...Honestly it is both shameful and scary to have such leaders who are the decision makers and have all the power and resources at their disposal !

It is also a brazen act to make mockery of woes of the common people of India! I don't know when the sons and daughters of Mother India would slap across faces of these shameless politicians for ridiculing their lives!!!

The elected reps get everything for almost free, apparently their canteen provides them a meal for Rs 5 which is subsidied rate. What they dont realise is that even that is paid by the sweat and hard work of Indian citizens , who expect them to perform and make things better for the country ! And they have the audacity to talk like this ! Raj Babbar and Farooq who went one step further saying a meal can be had for Rs 1, must have been floating in a different world altogether while making such insensitive statements !

Yes for them meal is available at 5Rs. But they forget they are paying only 5Rs but balance price is paying by poor Indian public. Most of politicians of of UPA government are insensitive and proudy. The water they are drinking having cost 30Rs in market.
