So far only distribution of porn is unlawful. But there is nothing wrong in watching porn on your personal computer. But now there is move to make even watching porn a criminal offence. So, if you watch porn, fight against the move lest the law be changed.
Personally, I do not watch porn but nobody has the right to snatch the right to watch what I choose.

India is a free country where they have right to request for such bans on internet. However how would they implement is the basic question. Who is going to catch them viewing porn in safety of their homes? This is another gimmick for getting cheap publicity.

Freedom does not consist of depriving others of their freedom. Once Piloo Modi, Swantra Party member in Lok Sabha said that he might not drink but he could not be denied the right to drink while speaking on prohibition policy.

Honestly we are having such restriction on many things. But they are still on. So practically it is really hard to implement.

Yes This is hard to implement. Moreover, it is too much to prosecute something that he does in private without harming any one else. There is already law against indecency in public or showing pornographic material to some one. Presently, even if some one has extra marital sex in private, her cannot be prosecuted. Then how can you prosecute somebody when he does nothing- good or bad- to any one else.

You are right, legally it's banned but no one can ban internet practically, not a particular segment especially. There are too many ways to to find shortcuts.

That's true.. There are too many shortcuts. Banning sites will be not the solution either. I mean there is way to open them even they are ban for some area or country.

So that's why it is too hard to implement. Well we are having many smart people who are having many ways for going against legal things in technology.
