All cities mentioned in the list are worth but I am surprised to see NOIDA missing. That is one of the most jobs provider cities of India.

Not all the cities mentioned in the list are havens for job hunters. Bangalore for example is saturated now. Job opportunities are not that rosy.

Delhi- NCR in the list includes NOIDA also.

I dont know on what basis the conclusion was arrived at. I have seen the comments from the people mentioned in the list are not satisfied with the conclusion. A reader from Kolkata did not agree with the list. And I know about Bengalore which is already saturated.
The list is based on overall employment opportunities. Individual experience could differ depending on individual's personality, qualification and experience. There may be more opporunities in one city than another in a particular job.

Several factors need to be taken in to consideration before a place is declared as a haven for job hunters. In addition to this quick changing preferences in the job market have to be taken in to consideration. Yesterday's hot career in IT is no more enjoying that status today.

Bangalore is still first choice of software engineers.

Yes it was the first choice. Still the people are under the same impression. But the reality is Bangalore is saturated especially in all genres of IT.

NOIDA is in UP but it is adjoining to Delhi so it is part of Delhi like Faridaba, Gurgoan.
I am surprised Pune is not in the list when every years thousands of people migrate to Pune in IT and ITES sectors. Pune is home to giants like IBM, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, iGate Patni, and so many more!
