I don't agree with the article in many aspects. First and foremost is no one has said that water is the panacea for all ailments. Water, along with other factors like a healthy eating habits (veg or non veg), a healthy life style will work as a panacea for more than many ailments. This is fact agreed by the main stream medical practitioners. And I'm the beneficiary .

Water is not solution of all body or health problems. But it use full in some health problem like constipation, acidity, burning, sun stock. It is also right we should not drink enough water during meal, it slow digestion. Water is essential part of natureo pathy, they cure many health problem with water.

No all body problems but most of body problems can be solved through water therapy. It is a proved scientific fact that water can flush out many diseases from our system.

No all body problems but most of body problems can be solved through water therapy. It is a proved scientific fact that water can flush out many diseases from our system.


One of my distant relatives afflicted by kidney stones, was treated by an allopathic doctor for a long time. The doctor who was an MD. While treating used to say, "use these medicines, but you should Make water intake as the highest priority." After he was cured, the patient thanked the doctor profusely . The doctor replied, " Don't thank me or the medicines I prescribed. Thank " Water". In fact you were cured by water."

It depends on the type of meals you take. If its Non- veg food, you can drink water during meals.but don't drink until your belly is full. Drink in sips.

Our body contains 85% water, Defeciency of water (Dehyderation may be cause of death). Water have some thing that after bath we will feel fresh. Water is important in life be we are not understanding its value. In these days pure drinking water is not available to most of peoples. In my are canal water have some parts of Uranium.
