:) On 3rd October court will give sentence to repeaters of fodder scam of Bihar. Lalu may be sentence for at least 3 years, Lalu may be the first MP who's membership terminated and Lalu may be first leader who disqualify to fight election. Court took 17 years but it justice with people of India and it is milestone decision of court. Jai Hind

Let us hope it is not just 3 years but 7 years since the scam is big and needs a big punishment ! In the meantime Rabri and son are already planning their future plan of action.they say they will run the party ( RJD) like Sonia and Rahul does :dry:

They said that they expected that this court will not do justice with them so they will go to higher courts. Yes, they knew it that they will be sent to jail. This was the reason of congress' bill which Rahul reacted so angrily although against party lines and and little too late. There are so many ifs and buts before Lalu is barred from further participation in elections.

Definitely Lalu goes to higher courts and sees to it that the case lasts for another 16 years.

We go by the past incidents. A case that took 16 years, may take another 16 years. This is how a commoner speculates, who goes by previous examples.

We need to keep our fingers crossed for the punishment to be announced on this issue till 3rd of this month.

Six years exile is a big time. There has to be a limit for everything in every law. Is there life imprisonment for every offence? Similarly, nobody will be barred for life. .
