    This is too good. Many honest government employees were suffering due to corrupt bureaucracy. Indian bureaucracy is considered as the most corrupt bureaucracy in the world.
    Court has taken some good steps against it.

    Power of transfer and promotion are tow main tools that will enable bureaucrats to loyal to their masters, but now with this land marl judgment bureaucrats will be honest and willing to work for the nation with more dedication.

    Political pressure is the root of deteriorating beaurocratic efficiency. I hail the verdict of Apex court to guarantee a specified tenure before a transfer is executed

    Yes I read it but I think politicians are not in its favour. Common men praising it.

    They may be pass a resolution in parliament. One IAS in Haryana transferred 42 time in 21.
