    I remember a case of sexual harassment by a chief justice of a high court earlier. I'm not sures of the other details. But, whatever it may be the fact is that a judge is first a human and only then a judge.

    If it is proved it is such a shame ! It also shows that no matter what position you hold ultimately it is your bringing up and background that shapes your personality - it is all the more important for parents and teachers to do their job right !

    Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

    I am a little disappointed that the topic of this thread hasn't been responded in good numbers! This particular incident has sent shivers down the spine of all. The culprit was not a young judge but a retired judge!!! Just think how many perverted verdicts he delivered in his career!!!

    Now more women are coming with tales of sexually undesirable behavior in legal profession. One woman says that the behavior was not physical. Even non physical behavior like saying sexually orienbted remarks or gestures could be disturbing. No woman actually wants to lodge a complaint in writing.

    Apparently, there is omethig wanting in the men folk. We need to develop a work culture that recognizes colleaugues like family members. We should berhave even in work place considering women just like our own sisters and daughtgers.
