AAP promised 700 litres water to every household in Delhi. Now Kejriwal has revised this promise. The water will be supplied to those who have connection. This is understandable. BVut there is a way to provide water to all. There should be more stress on public supply rather than individula household. The public taps may be improved and more taps provided so as to cover all colonies. This will ensure water to all and in more economic way. Also why give free supply to all. There should be some economic criterion. Those with income below a certain level only need be given free supply. Let others pay. However, water is must.

Although AAP promised everything in short period, tghen need be given reasonable time to fulfill all promises. Rome was not built in a day.

I am feeling little scared. The expense of water purification and supply charges is huge. If government is providing free water to every citizens of Delhi (who has connections) will be a debt to the government. This debt will be recovered in any other form. May be that this is the warning before another price hike of any of the commodities.

Surprise they have adjusted their promises, and that too after elections, it is not right, as they have promised free water to all, and now they are realizing it is not practically possible, these realization are not there before elections, and what is the close door deliverance with one elected MLA Binny with kejriwal should be public as they are saying it is all about public, why this closed door meeting, what is the differentia on factor of AAP from other parties.

The account of income and expenditure is unstable. It is never equal many a times. Mostly the government's treasury becomes nil and is under debt. In such a situation, promising something new and fulfilling each and every demands is very difficult. It is burden on the government's revenue. Moreover the tax evasion or eradication of taxes and charges makes the revenue come down. I don't think AAP can stick to their decision for long time.

Let's see the things with an optimistic way. Things will be better in the coming days.
I feel that initially the less promise they make the better and safer for them otherwise it may backfire ! It is better to slowly introduce free measures after studying the situation and also being sure that they will be able to fulfil their promises ! Anyway the intention is good so we have to hope that Kejriwala has gone into detail about this...

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

Kezariwal said the water 700 lit is being supplied to everyone who has connection for free the additional water will be supplied on reasonable cost. This will be done within 24 hours after taking the oath. Fair enough, and they will install as many public taps and repair them which are being the cause of trouble for residents of Delhi. This will cost only 240/year crore, which is not an extra ordinary expenditure for the welfare of 125 +crore people of Delhi.

then they have intentions to stop the corruption Delhi Jal Board which is eating up the resources. They found that only the lunch-bills costed the Exchequer to the tune of 400+ crore last year, that will take care of the problem.
