    This is not rape . A person forcefully takes advantages of girl, it is rape. A girl and boy both agree what they do. It cannot be termed as rape.

    I think the court was right in what it said, Only forceful sex even if it is attempted is rape not when it is between two consenting adults with mutual consensus..

    Premarital sex can never be rape unless it is proved that she has been forced to do so. She can moreover filed up a case against the man if he is found to be guilty. In many cases, man seduce girls to have sex with him and later he denies to marry. This is also a crime.

    In this case, the court found that the girl herself was encouraging premarital sex. She hoped that the boy would marry her. But when he refused, she filed case against him.

    True. But girls are no less. Some cases are there where the girl herself provokes and cry foul. This is a kind of trapping with an ulterior motive.

    Actually when marriage is not happened then that girl put case of rape to get some advantage and law also help them.

    I dont think law helps anyone that easily ! Unless you provide proof which goes both ways no one can be held guilty...In fact, so far the law has been leaning heavily towards men and women were getting a raw deal, now that there is some justice being done , men seem to think that law is helping them...
