Yes the link itself describe that person should avoid excess amount of Coffee. It is a good article for coffee lover as well as aware them too.
I drink only two cups a day. So I think that's nothing to be worried about. Also I saw this show on Discovery science which indicated that drinking coffee regularly has many long term health benefits. :cheer:

You are well within the limits. Coffee is a safe beverage if you adhere to its limits. It will be more safe if you spread your consumption over a day instead of drinking all at a time.It has its share of health risks like cardiovascular effects such as increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, and occasional irregular heartbeat that should not not be overlooked.
Again the panacea is Moderation.
I have given many exams and work really very hard without taking any tea or coffee. Yet I sometimes prefer strong black tea or café chino Irish flavour.


Caffeine seems to have no effect on me.I sleep anyway
Coffee is very beneficial but i feel its more importance while my examination when i get tired,drinking coffee make me tired free and boost my energy many times...
