Yes raw vegetables and fruits are more healthy. When we cook vegetables it's molecular structure is changed and most of it's nutrients gets lost.
Some items are good to eat in raw condition. You cannot eat all things raw.

True. You cannot take brinjals in raw condition. But whatever you eat in raw condition should be taken i phase wise. That is don't start eating everything raw from the day one.

Yes making a sudden switch to eating everything raw would not be successful. You have to acquire the taste first and then convert it into your routine. Always start small, maybe with a plate of salad and then keep adding to it.

Exactly. Some raw veggies are not palatable for few days. If one stops , the purpose will not be served..as the time passes you start liking them.
