Congress's mindset is that only it can rule and the rest have to follow what they say, now with some chance of BJP ccoming to power, they will see to it that by hook or mostly crook they will scuttle Modi's chance of becoming the PM, and this is one such example...

Some of cong actions suggest they are desperate, like now preparing for snoopgate investigation at the end of election, sibal complaining terrorist violence act in Assam due to Modi, now wherever anything happens it is due to Modi, I think they should face the defeat even if they think so as their actions seems to suggest, they should face it if they think they are defating gracefully.
