The case itself is very intriguing, anyway it also looks as if Congress party is taking full advantage of it .....I guess it is in the best interest of the party that the minister steps down.However, Congress is showing its double standards - when Rahul Gandhi was accused of rape , and charges were filed against him there was noone asking him anything , of course he had no party position, which is another matter altogether ! Obviously BJP wanted to remind the past sins of the UPA.. Everybody knows what is UPA. Still i feel in its own interests, its better for BJP to show that it's far higher in its moral standards than the UPA sunk in corruption.

I too have similar views, BJP shd restore the confidence of the public since as of now it is at its lowest after UPA's (mis)rule......The Congress party f course is ike a wounded tiger now after its historical defeat leaving no chance to criticise and malign the BJP leaders, so all the more reason for caution !

Virtually Congress and BJP are just labels. Same politicians at least at lower levels very conveniently swith to the party in power. They are all careerists and for them party hardly matters.
