Menaka Gandhi has viewed that the crimes by 16 years old are 50% of total crimes. She has based this plea for her recommendation that minors be treated as adult for punishment. She may be well meaning but does she not ned to check the data/ statistics before giving any absurd view.

    Another Gandhi to be tolerated !! Yet another know all family focused Minister will try to make laws in a hurry so that people have to repent a life time. It is time there should be a rule that no family can have only one member in the Parliament at any time.
