It appears that Goa ministers have no work to do. That is why they are indulging in bizarre statements. Now a minister says that girls in U.P. cannot move on streets after 6 P.M.

There is no city or state crime free- not even Goa. U.P. also has share of crimes. But it makes o sense to say that girls in U.P. cannot be on streets after 6 P.M. I reside at Agra (Uttar Pradesh). I daily go to office by three wheeler and city bus. Usually I return after 6 P.M. There are many girls moving even in late hours for job. The girls employed in various business and professional concerns regularly return home in late hours. Obviously what the Goa minister says makes no sense.
