Can you walk backwards all the time?

    Exactly sir. Because you practised, counting the numbers in reverse has become an easy task. The same thing applies to reverse walking.

    Yes, this need practice..the man in the video has conditioned himself to walk backwards and now it has become his habit.

    The man in the video said that he has been practising Reverse walking since 1989. With this kind of practice anybody can do the feat of reverse walking.

    Well I have never tried walking backwards but I think it will take lot of practice and loads of patience in doing so. :S
