The concept of Bio toilet was an old one, but never implemented. It's the responsibility of the users to maintain the cleanliness of the Railways and it's property.

May be the concept was old. They are implementing it now. If it is implemented successfully then we can see the tracks clean without any smell. It is also our responsibility to keep the track clean and avoid throwing water bottles etc.

Mere implementation without follow up is an exercise in futility.and strict implementing of penalties to the law violators and above all, bringing the public awareness are vital.
