Yes, this is true, cooking and washing of veggies and food grains takes away the nutrient content of food and hence these should not  be over washed or over cooked.

Additionally some fruits and vegetables should be eaten with skin. For them skin contains all the nutrients. Not knowing this many peel off their skins.

Eating raw food is the natural life style and hence healthy. ut man is civilized and so eats coked ormanufactured food. No doubt, it is best to eat fresh ad raw fruit and other eatables as far as in natural condition without adding much spice and othe ingradients.

Yes, esp veggies like cabbage, carrot, onion can be eaten raw and can be cooked as well. All these veggies have many health benefits.

No. Once cooked these precious veggies become a dead food sans nutrients.

Yes sir. I agree with you. In earlier days everything was grown using natural manure. Nowadays, organic veggies and fruits are grown naturally. Otherwise,  vegetables and fruits are not grown naturally. They are immersed with chemicals for early harvest by the farmers. So, it will lead to severe health hazards if we eat fruits and veggies raw. Its better to eat them after it is cooked.

Fertilizers and pesticides used to boost the crop. And this food we are eating. By this our body is filled with toxins which eventually lead to life threatening ailments.
