Modern experts too suggested SWOT ( Strengths, Weaknesses,Opportunities and Threats) analysis to know about your inner traits So investigate your inner traits and bring the best in you.

I agree. One must proceed with his career only after self analysis. Most of us don't do this much and blindly follow what their near family members or relatives do.  Many even select subjects in college just because other friends also did this. If one understand his traits well he will select his professional and academic course and job accordingly and be highly successful in life.

Absolutely sir. We nod our head for everything our parents or society dictates. We never care to know what are our inner strengths.
