Type A people are under almost constant pressure to perform. They always appear to be short of time. They are worrisome workaholics.  As a result they are most likely to fall as the victims of bad health.

Type B people's motto is " Slow and Steady" They are sans worries. They look at work as a place of relaxation. They find work as a pleasure.
