very good suggestion. I do most of the things. I used tro make tea or coffee in the morning. But now I have totally given up morning tea or coffee. Instead I drink Noni mixing with some water.

The advantage in these habits are they are not time consuming. Anybody can practice these habits and reap the fruits of good health.

 

As the title says, these habits are easy to follow within a very less time. If these habits are made a regular feature you own both Health and Happiness. No need to spend big amounts on the fancy gyms.

Absolutely, though it is renowned that bad habits die hard but with good habits one could succeed in reaching miles in achieving stipulated goals.
