Even non vegetarians eat lots of vegetables and fruits and in most households meat is eaten only during weekends...Fish and sea food too has become very expensive now, so even regular eaters now eat it sparingly..In fact including lots of greens and pulses in our meals is an even more healthier option rather than eating just vegetables and fruits


Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

I'm a non-vegetarian. But I give all importance to a Diet consisting of Pulses, veggies, fruits and vegetables. I eat raw food too. I occasionally eat chicken. More fish and never meat. I'm hale and healthy. Work 12 hours a day without any signs of tiredness and fatigue.
