It sounds good ...we make pickles out of tender turmeric along with ginger and green chilies ! it is normally mixed with hot rice and ghee , given when people are recovering after sickness having lost their appetite and taste

Good. Because it's a pickle it can be preserved. Yes such foods are quite useful for early recovery  after sickness.

 

 

 

 

 

Real tea is black tea. But tumeric is good for healing wounds.
