Very lengthy article, just skimmed through the main points, by the title I thought it had to do with people being restless and shaking their legs , which habit I have and I was told it is good for blood circulation and keep you active when you sit for a long period of time...

But this  has to do with a neurological disorder that develops right from childhood where there is unpleasant, throbbing and creeping sensations in your legs ..


Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!
