Waking up at 5 in the morning and doing nothing speaks of one's lack of knowledge pertaining to " Value of time."

Its not being judgmental. But to express an opinion. Additionally the head of the thread used the word " Laziness." if you think it's judgmental, well,that's your opinion.

 

I think that says it all, the person who does not go to a morning walk is a lazy person so should take a capsule of VitC 500 mg and sleep comfortably. That will make him active and fit.

That's what the post is all about.if you don't want to take Vitamin C compliments and keen on your walking, you can opt either for a morning walk or evening walk.
