Even 5 minutes of meditation is said to show positive result in terms of reduction in stress levels, anger management and positive thinking. Stress is said to be the root cause of numerous diseases. When every other reason fails to match.. stress is pronounced as the reason and there have been medical studies to prove the positive effect meditation has on brain.. to the extent it changes its structure!

So there is not much to argue... it's time yo practice meditation on daily basis.
