Good points. After 35, it is important to go for yearly medical checkups for quick detection of any ailment or even possibility of an ailment. Chronic diseases are on the rise due to present day life style even at a young age. One needs to be cautious and get the routine checkups done.

Yes. Many corporate offices also encouraging it's employees to do physical movement, roam for 10 to 15 minutes during lunch hour. It's not all there are isolated rooms in the office premises to do yoga for those employees who come in the morning shifts.
