Coming on the top of the scam involving Railway Recruitment Board chairman's most heinous corrupt act, ther is a report that a few suppliers have formed a cartel to supply all things that the Railways needs and they manage to hoodwink the system of bidding and mostly supply subtandard spares and materials by bribing railways bigwigs.Over the last ten years,the amount looted is a whopping 50,000 crore!
